Eating & Drinking
Keep hydrated with water, juice and herbs. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables of colour. Read labels – stay away from chemicals, colourants and refined foods.
Sleep 7-8 hours a night. Breathe deep. Pace. Meditate. Relax. Take time out.
